We would like to let everyone know about our plan for sanitizing our facility in light of COVID-19:
In addition to our normal routine of thoroughly cleaning the gym each morning, we are implementing a few extra precautions to keep our facility as disinfected as possible. We daily wipe down our mats and spray other equipment surfaces frequently. We also will continue throughout the day wiping down and disinfecting all surfaces that are frequently touched, including door knobs and handles, cubbies, seats, as well as bathroom surfaces.
We do ask your help in keeping all of our athletes safe by taking some precautions as well.
First and foremost, if your child has been ill, please do not bring them to class unless they have been fever-free for at least 48 hours. If you are ill, please do not remain in our waiting area during your child’s class. If your child or you have had a fever and cough, please consult with a medical professional before entering the gym.
Before beginning their class, please have your child wash their hands or use hand sanitizer which is available in our lobby. Also, make sure that your child knows how to properly cover a cough or sneeze.
The safety of your children is our utmost priority, and we thank you all for helping us provide a safe and healthy environment for all of our gymnasts.
***PLEASE READ our new policies for all parents and class students attending School Year Session:
***ALL students and parents must wear masks at all times while inside our facility. (Exceptions will be made in the event that the mask interferes with a student's vision during a skill. At these times, the mask may be lowered while performing the skill and should be replaced immediately upon completion.) Please allow for social distancing while entering and exiting the building.
*Please have your children wash their hands and sanitize your own hands upon entering our facility. There is a sanitizing station located at our front door.
*Please bring only water for a beverage. No snacks or non-water drinks inside the building.
*Only one parent or non participating individual will be allowed to enter the building with their child.
*The number of parents who will be permitted to watch in person will be sharply reduced to maintain a 6’ distancing in the lobby area. Benches and chairs will be provided under our covered porch area for any overflow.
*We will have a limited number of students inside the building at any one time. This will provide more space to adequately maintain safe distancing.
*Children will be instructed to maintain their own training space as they proceed through stations and circuits. No lines.
*Our staff will instruct from a safe distance, and minimize physical contact by only spotting when addressing safety concerns.
*After your child's class, please exit the facility promptly to enable us to fully sanitize our wait area, bathrooms, and cubbies for our next classes
* Hand sanitizing stations will be available in all areas of the facility for our students use.
*If you or anyone in your household becomes infected with Covid-19 please contact us immediately.
*There may be modifications or additions to some of these guidelines to ensure we are in compliance to reopen in the safest manner possible! Thank you so much for your understanding as we navigate through this unprecedented time.
-I understand that due to facility limitations, we are not capable of isolating the students on the equipment. While the practice of physical distancing will be in place, the students will be sharing apparatus.
-I understand that Stallone Gymnastics will do the best of its ability to meet or exceed the guidelines set forth for sterilization and infection control from the CDC and OSHA, but it si impossible to completely eliminate the risk of contracting a virus while in the facility.
-I understand the assumption of risks and release Stallone Gymnastics LLC, its owners, and employees, from any related damages or illnesses that may result from participation.
Student must remain home if:
-Student has a temperature over 100 degrees, verified by a parent or guardian prior to class.

Here are a few friendly reminders as we begin our 2021-2022 School Year Schedule.
-MONTHLY TUITION: Tuition is due the 1st class of each month. Checks can be dropped in the slot at the front desk. Please include your child’s name on the memo line. We also accept credit card payments ($2 service fee.). For your convenience, we are happy to process credit card payments over the phone. Please call the office prior to the day of your child’s first class each month, Monday-Friday 12:30-4 for this payment option.
-WITHDRAW POLICY: Your child will be automatically re-enrolled each month, from September through June unless you choose to discontinue classes. A two-week written or email notice is required to withdraw from classes.
-WEATHER RELATED CLOSINGS: In the event of inclement weather, any weather-related closings will be posted on our Facebook page, as well as on our website. Please like us on Facebook to receive the latest updated information on our classes and team program.
-NEW MAKE-UP PROCEDURES: To maintain our set ratios and maintain consistent groups in our classes, we will no longer be scheduling individual make-ups for missed classes, but instead will now be providing a designated make-up day for each of our classes. The day and times will be provided in advance, and you will need to register your child to attend.
-WATER ONLY: Only water will be permitted in the lobby. No other drinks or food inside the building.
-MASK UPDATE: We strongly recommend those who are not vaccinated to wear a mask. We will continue to practice social distancing and hand sanitizing during our classes.
-PARENT VIEWING IN LOBBY: As always, we welcome parents to watch their child’s class, but due to the limited space we have in our lobby, we prefer that you limit it to one adult spectator per child. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
