Stallone Gymnastics 2023-2024 School Year Class INFORMATION

Thank you so much for choosing Stallone Gymnastics!  This information sheet will be a useful reference as your child attends classes here. It can also be found on our website. Please read over this information and let us know if you have any questions.

Payments: Monthly payments are due on the day of your child’s first class each month. Check is our preferred method of payment and can be placed in the drop box at the front desk with your child’s name in the memo line.  We also do accept cash and credit/debit payments. Please do not leave cash in the box!  Hand directly to desk staff and you will receive a receipt.  Credit card payments will have an added $2 service fee, and may be made in person or by calling the gym during office hours before the 1st class of the month.  We do not store any credit/debit information on file or automatically debit credit or checking accounts. 

Please see below for our 2023-2024 School Year Session Monthly Tuition Costs:

Late Payments: A fee of $10 will be assessed for any payments that are received after your child’s first class of the month.  If your child is absent the 1st class of the month, please call the office within 24 hours (Monday-Friday between 1:00 and 4:00) to make a payment. If you have not paid tuition by the 14th of the month, your child will be automatically removed from their class.

Enrollment and Withdrawal from Class: Your child is automatically enrolled in our program through June 14th. If you would like to withdraw, you must provide 2-week’s notice via email to avoid a $35 withdrawal fee.

Tuition Structure, Holiday Closings, and 5th/Extra Classes: Your child’s monthly tuition is based on 4 classes per month, with the exception of June which is prorated as a half-month payment. Throughout the school year, certain class days may have months where they receive 5 classes.  We never charge extra for these “5th classes”, but we do consider these “extra classes,” and we will use these extra classes that your child attends to offset holidays that may occur on your child’s class day, or any absences that they may incur.  Our Holiday closures are listed below along with the designated built-in 5th class day that offsets each holiday.

Monday, December 25th Christmas Day: *December Make-up class: date TBD*

Sunday, December 31st New Year’s Eve: **No make-up needed (31st is the 5th Sunday in December)

Monday, January 1st New Year’s Day: January 29th (5th Monday in January)

Sunday, March 31st Easter: **No make-up needed (31st is the 5th Sunday in March)

Sunday, May 12th Mother’s Day: *June Make-up class: date TBD*

Monday, May 27th Memorial Day: April 29th (5th Monday in April) 

Absences and 5th Classes:  5th classes of the month, not used above for holidays, are applied toward offsetting absences. Students are permitted to make-up one absence per month once they have exhausted all of their “extra/5th classes” listed here:

Tuesday 10/31, 1/30, 4/30, Wednesday 11/29, 1/31, 5/29, Thursday 2/29, 5/30, Friday 12/29, 3/29, 5/31, Saturday 12/30, 3/30

**Scheduling Make-up Classes:  As a courtesy, we will offer make-up classes in December, February, April, and June, as well as Open Gyms, for any student who has used all of their built-in make-ups in accordance with our guidelines, as well as for all Sunday and Monday students, who use all of their 5th classes to offset holidays. Make-up classes are offered as a courtesy, not guaranteed, and are not required.  If you choose to attend you must sign up in advance at the front desk or via email.
